I live in lovely Encinitas, CA with my amazing husband Chris and our two sons Viggo and Koa.

Fun Facts

Born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden, I left for the US at 19 years old on a six month visa. Little did I know that it would change my life forever.

I went to acting school and wanted to become an actress (until I used my first DSLR camera in Mexico, 2000 when I experienced the magic of being behind the lens). Needless to say, I never looked back.

I was a Swedish champion in Disco Jazz at 15 years old and one of my favorite things to do is to dance. We often have spontaneous dance parties in the kitchen with my family.

I have only gone on one online date and that is when I met my husband Chris in 2015.

I am deathly terrified of snakes.

My favorite piece of clothing is a bathrobe in which I could spend all day. And sometimes do.

I have traveled the whole wide world, from Paraguay and India to Burma and Laos as a solo traveler. Camera in hand. Naturally 😉

My favorite time of the year is fall.

I never in my life wanted kids and ended up having two in my 40’s. Now I can’t even imagine my life without them!

I have a huge sweet tooth and could live on candy and treats only.

I have never had a 9-5 job.

My love for photography is passionate and ever evolving. I absolutely LOVE what I do.

I am a mountain girl at heart and love to snowboard.
